Nazareth Road City Gate Station Upgrade
Replace obsolete and undersized equipment with modern components to meet the increased capacity requirements of the station and to provide a more accurate means of measuring and controlling the station gas flow. Additionally, modify the station existing overpressure protection equipment to eliminate unaccountable loss of gas as well as reduce Station Personnel Operation and Maintenance (O&M) annual costs.

Mechanical engineering, design and drafting services associated with the Nazareth Road City Gate Station Upgrade. Services provided included site visits and discussions with Station Personnel, development of detailed design package, preparation of Construction Specifications as well as a list of materials required for Owner and Contractor procurement. Design services included sizing of a new ultrasonic meter run, dual worker/monitor regulator runs and station inlet and outlet piping. Demolition drawings were provided to show the removal of the existing and obsolete orifice meters, regulators, relief valves and yard piping. All Electrical, Electronic and Instrumentation design services were provided by the Owner and completed in-house by their staff.
